About Well Sent:
Missionary life is one of the most demanding, complex, faithful and intentional ways to live for a Christian. It's a calling that requires sacrifice, devotion and a strong foundation of faith. Yet. so many of our missionaries end up experiencing burnout, isolation, spiritual and mental fatigue.
How can we better prepare our missionaries?
For longevity, for joy and for an increased health and vitality in longterm ministry?

The "Why" Behind Well Sent:
I created Well Sent from a heart of deep burden. From the time of our own career in missions, to what I continue to observe modern day, there is a longstanding and overlooked issue when it comes to missionary health.
A lot of this could be affected by more intentional, thoughtful and introspective preparation. The missionary is "going" for others, but to be able to stay, desperatley needs to have a strong sense of self understanding. We are hit from all sides on the mission field, from emotional, mental, spiritual and even physical burdens. Knowing our beginnings and putting on the armor for the battle ahead, could make such a difference in how we engage struggles when they come.
Well Sent is a purposeful pursuing that engages the missionary to Prepare Well, Go Strong and Serve Sustainably.

Practical Preparation & Your First 90 Days
Every week, this mentorship centers on these key themes, allowing for a steady pace that avoids feeling overwhelmed. In my role as your mentor, I provide preparatory exercises before we meet, alongside intentional prompts designed to deepen our dialogue and track your growth during our sessions.
Our mission is built on three pillars:
First, fostering a secure and honest space where missionaries can share their true selves without fear of judgment.
Second, identifying personal vulnerabilities to safeguard while highlighting strengths that can be amplified.
Third, deepening a resilient connection to Jesus Christ, the true anchor that protects against shame, loneliness, and exhaustion in the field.
Following the completion of these structured sessions, I remain dedicated to my mentees through monthly check-ins and dedicated prayer. This ongoing support is fully pro bono, offered as a fundamental part of my heart for ministry and your long-term success.
Why I Do This...

Our Story.
Jonathan and I shared a lifelong commitment to mission work. Raised in the jungle as a missionary child, Jonathan’s path was always clear. My own journey to Christ began later, but meeting him solidified my passion to share God’s love as my life work.
For over a decade, we ministered across three nations through diverse ministry. We were driven by a profound desire to serve the marginalized and stand against the systems of injustice that keep individuals in bondage.
Our journey involved unexpected transitions time and time again; while our faith remained steadfast, we frequently battled intense sorrow, isolation, and burnout.
Reflecting on those years, I recognize a vital need for better preparation and consistent, personal mentorship. True spiritual support demands intentionality and partners willing to navigate the complexities of life together alongside us. This was something we lacked.
My hope and pursuit now, is to provide missionaries the care and support they need, through this innovative and unique approach. I believe we can come ahead of the struggle, tackling topics that often only tend to come up once they become issues in our lives, or traumas on the mission field. My goal is to helping others prepare and then thrive, where we often felt we struggled alone.
Well Sent is designed from experience and shaped for the strongest outcome. It would be my very great pleasure to come alongside you missionary, and champion you for the journey ahead.
